THROWBACK: A TRAK’S QUIRKY HOTEL GUIDE

THROWBACK: A TRAK’S QUIRKY HOTEL GUIDE

Around 5 years ago during the golden age of vlogging, whilst normal people would document their breakfast and grocery shopping, A Trak took the pedestrian art a step further – hotel reviews.

Vlogging is really an art; it’s taking some mundane experience and trying to fill as much value and substance into as possible. Hotels for us mere mortals are usually the same tiny hand soaps and mini bar. But for A Trak, they are a world of unlimited exploration and discoveries.

A Trak’s constant sleep deprivation and quirky personality produces unique observations about the hotel and area. This is apparent especially in his review of the 21c Museum & Hotel in Louisville (or “Looville”) and the G Hotel in Galway, Ireland.

How to win A Trak’s heart?

How to properly say San Pellegrino

The hotel guide series is an interesting look of quirky hotels that ‘speak to A Trak’s interests’. One in particular that sticks out is the Boundary Hotel in East London, where each room is designed by a different person, with his one by “Millhouse Vanhouten”.

Another one is the Kube hotel in Paris, quite possibly the quirkiest and most annoying for A Trak that “doesn’t make any sense”.

The DMC World Champion even brings cameos into his reviews, that go missing. Try to find Dillon Francis in this vid. Also find out why infinity pools are really called infinity pools, and why ‘tiger balm soothes the scrotum’.

All in all, A Trak’s hotel is a cool perspective on how to document your life in a curveball way, or at least find some cool hotels if you’re in town.
